Delivery times may change due to Covid-19. We are working with our postal services to ensure that parcels arrive on time. But, sometimes this may be out of our control. Thank you in advance for your patients.
We offer free delivery as standard on all orders over £30 to be delivered within the UK. Also during checkout you will have the option to upgrade to our Next Day service for an additional fee.
All delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout and before you make payment.
Customs and Duties Information
Due to new rules, taxes and duties may apply at customs entry for ‘EU’ (European Union) and ‘RoW’ (Rest of World). This is the customers responsibility and not payable by Aliment Ltd.

Orders placed before 12 pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Once full payment has been received we will dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email which will contain details on how to track your order (if available, see above).
In some cases tracking information may not be immediately available for you to view. This is due to the time it takes for our couriers to load your delivery information on their systems. If this is the case please allow 12 hours and then try again.
