The Ketogenic Protein Shake is a combination of high-quality protein from whey and eggs, MCT fats (Medium Chain Triglycerides), and saturated fats from whole egg protein - making this an awesome recovery shake or meal replacement.
Having the Ketogenic Protein Shake will help you to build, repair and maintain lean muscle mass. As each serving contains 15g of Whey Protein Concentrate and 10g of Whole Egg Protein and also an added 5g of MCT.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) are a form of high saturated fatty acids, but unlike long-chain triglycerides (LCT’s) which are found in most foods, MCT's are easier to digest. When MCT’s are consumed they get absorbed differently to other fatty acids (for example, LCTs) as they bypass the digestion process in total, they get absorbed into the bloodstream and get transported to the liver to provide your body with quick and direct energy.
