PLEASE NOTE:
Last Despatch Dates before Christmas
Royal mail advises the last despatch day to arrive before Christmas is Wednesday 20th December.
Last express (courier) delivery despatch Wednesday 20 December (mainland UK)
Last courier despatch for Northern Ireland and Ireland Thursday 14 December.
We will despatch by royal mail up to Friday December 22nd but these will not arrive before Christmas.
Christmas Closure
The Aliment office will be closed from December 22nd until Tuesday January 2nd 2024. During this time orders will not be despatched. Any enquiries will be answered on our return to the office on January 2nd and all orders placed over this period will be despatched on our return to the office.

We offer free delivery as standard on all orders over £30 to be delivered within the UK. Also during checkout you will have the option to upgrade to our Next Day service for an additional fee.
All delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout and before you make payment.
Customs and Duties Information
Due to new rules, taxes and duties may apply at customs entry for ‘EU’ (European Union) and ‘RoW’ (Rest of World). This is the customers responsibility and not payable by Aliment Ltd.

Orders placed before 12 pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Tracking
Once full payment has been received we will dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email which will contain details on how to track your order (if available, see above).
In some cases tracking information may not be immediately available for you to view. This is due to the time it takes for our couriers to load your delivery information on their systems. If this is the case please allow 12 hours and then try again.
